Shipping

Independent Tackle's suppliers/manufacturers are responsible for their own shipping. Independent Tackle allows you to purchase different items from different manufacturers and pay one total amount and one shipping charge. Since you may be purchasing from several different agents, you can expect your items to arrive individually and at different times. Since we deal mainly with small manufacturers that don't typically carry a large inventory, your items may be custom made at the time of order. If you need a rush order, please state so during the checkout process.

Returns/Refunds

You will be responsible for the shipping on all returned orders. All returns should be shipped to the original point of origin. Once the return is received by the supplier/manufacturer we will be notified. We will then refund your amount for the item returned less shipping. 

Complaints

If you have any problems receiving your order, we ask that you contact us at info@independenttackle.com.  We will always do our best to reach an agreement not only with you; the customer, but also with the supplier/manufacturer.  Keep in mind that our supplier/manufacturers custom make most of their items and the picture of the image may not be the actual item.  Do to the nature of custom products, they may very from piece to piece.  Independent Tackle does it's best to guarantee the highest quality products from it's suppliers.
